When is my initial payment due and is it refundable?
Your initial payment holds the date on my calendar and is due at the time of booking with Sweet Seven Photography. The initial payment can be paid by cash, check, or PayPal. You will also have the option of paying via bank transfer or credit card through the invoice you will receive. My PayPal address is claudialoney@gmail.com. PayPal also accepts all major credit cards. If you need to cancel or reschedule, advance notice of 1 week is necessary or you will lose your initial deposit.
What happens in the event of bad weather?
If it rains or is especially windy, we will work together to reschedule your shoot at the soonest date possible. Weather cancellations will be made at the discretion of Sweet Seven Photography.
Where will my session take place? Do I need to pay any additional fees?
I have several beautiful preferred locations around Naperville that I routinely shoot at. I will let you know the options and you can make a choice based on your preferences. I have a permit to shoot at these locations. Please note that some locations outside of my list may require daily permit and parking fees, which, if applicable, you will be responsible for.
What should we wear to our session?
Generally speaking, you want to coordinate, NOT match. Colors that pop look beautiful and make your photographs stand out. For more info on what to wear, I can send you a pdf with ideas, or visit my Pinterest board with ideas here.
You took so many photos. Can I select the images I want edited or see/have the raw, unedited files?
I take many photos at the shoot to ensure that I get the shots that I need. Trust that I will choose the "best-of-the-best" images to edit for your gallery. At no time will the remaining images be available for viewing, download, or purchase.
How will I receive my digital photos?
Your images will be sent to you via a private gallery I will link you to, where you can download your images and also have the option to purchase prints through my professional printer. I can not stress enough the importance of having your images printed at a professional printer only, or Mpix.com. Places such as Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, Target, Costco, Sam's Club will have quality that is sub-par and not suitable for printing professional photographs.
Do you offer printed products?
Yes, I am able to offer prints, enlargements and canvases. You will be able to do purchase directly from your gallery.
